Respected Father (तीर्थरूप बाबा),
Respectful greetings (सा. न. वि. वि.).
I am well here. I hope you, Mother and Grandmother are all well too. I received your letter last week. Reading it made me miss home a lot.
I have now settled down well in the hostel. Every day has a fixed routine: getting up at six in the morning, prayer, exercise, school, and a study hour in the evening. At first it felt a little hard, but now I have got into the habit of planning my time. The food is simple but good. My roommates are very nice; we help one another with our studies. In last week's unit test I got good marks in maths and science.
Next month there is a science exhibition at school, and I am taking part in it. I need to buy some material for it, so please send a little money if possible. Don't worry about me; I am taking care of my health and studying sincerely. Please give my regards to Mother and Grandmother. Write back soon.
Your obedient son,
A.B.C.
